Domestic Delivery Information

If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post for pick up.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International orders are shipped via Australia Post using reliable postage services. 

International delivery times vary between 3 - 12 Business days of shipping, plus customs processing time. Delays caused by parcels being held in customs is out of our control. 

All Custom fees, Taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer so please contact your local customs authority for all details and rates.

Coco Lou the Label is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves us, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from the courier.

However, just in case you don't receive this, you can track your items by clicking HERE.

Additional Information

Delivery times can change depending on the time of year, especially during holiday periods. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, We cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

 Returns:

 Items are eligible to be returned for…

Refund if:

  • The return is lodged within 14 days of receipt of your order
  • The item(s) was purchased at full price.
  • Accessories may not be returned under any circumstance.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The return has been lodged outside of the allowed return time frame
  • The item(s) was purchased on sale.
  • Item(s) appear to have been worn (i.e. the garments have marks or an odor) or no longer have a tag.

    What to do..

    If you would like to Return your item/s, please follow the steps below.

    1. We are a paper free brand so Please email us at hello@cocolou.com.au prior to sending your items back for Return once your Return has been approved, post your returned item(s) back to us at the below address, We recommend using a tracked method of postage to return your item(s) to us as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us. The return postage is at the sender's expense unless otherwise deemed faulty.

    2. Once received, we will endeavour to process your refund within 1-4 business days and an email will be sent to the email that you supplied at check out.

    Faulty Returns

    Our products are hand made, so small imperfections will always occur, However, on the slight chance that you feel there is a fault with your garment. Please email us at hello@cocolou.com.au before sending your item(s) back for return. 

    Exchanges

    We unfortunately do not offer exchanges as our pieces are only available in small numbers we can not guarantee that we will have your correct size, colour or style available.
